New Cheese Cave

We hope you find our new blog fun, informative and useful as you seek to learn more about our local dairy farm, upcoming events, recipes, etc.  We are so excited to announce that we are finishing up our newest project at the farm.  We will be unveiling a new cheese aging cave later this summer.  It will allow us to age more of our award winning cheeses and do so in the best way possible, underground.
